A former Commissioner for Works and Transport in Ebonyi, Engr. Chukwuma Nwandugo has resigned his membership in the All Progressives Congress, (APC).
Nwadugo stated this in his resignation letter dated 26th May 2022 and addressed to the office of the APC Chairman in Igbeagu Ward III, Nubia Igbeagu in Izzi Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.
Our correspondent learnt that the former commissioner has concluded his plans to join Ebonyi gubernatorial race in the 2023 general elections.
Though his political party has not been disclosed, Nwandugo noted that his resignation from the APC membership was to focus on his other engagement and commended his former party for opportunities given to him under its umbrella.
