The Immediate Past Commissioner for Youth Development and Sports in Ebonyi state, Charles Akpuenika has felicitated his brother and Bosom friend, Hon Maxwell Umahi on his birthday.
Akpuenika who is presently a Legislative Aide to the Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives, in his congratulatory message to the "Mayor of Urban Community" on Saturday, described Maxwell as "My brother from another mother".
The "Game Changer as he is fondly called in the Ebonyi political and sporting circles, said that Max ll deserves all the accolades he is getting on the auspicious occasion due to his sterling qualities.
"He is a part of me and part of my family and I am delighted to be part of the occasion to mark God's continued goodness and protection on him.
"We have been through thick and thin together and he has made a tremendous impact on my life and that of my family
"I owe a greater part of my success as commissioner for eight years.to him as ensured that I identified duly with the Immediate Past first family of the state"
He described Maxwell Umahi as a man God endowed him wisdom, kindness, humility and sociability attested by his general acceptability in the urban community and the entire state.
"Maxwell's sincerity has contributed immensely to the growth of the urban community in Abakaliki. and has continued to shine in his position as the SSA to the governor on Urban Development.
"Many associations which he belongs to hold him in the highest regard for his steadfastness, sincerity, and commitment among other attributes.
The former Commissioner wished Maxwell a long life, and good health among God's other bountiful blessings on the occasion of the precious birthday celebration.
"In celebrating God Almighty's gift of another year, I earnestly pray for his continued divine blessings, love and protection upon you
