The Chairperson of the Community Health Practitioners of Nigeria Ebonyi State Chapter, Princess Chetachi Jerry Usulor (Nne Chibueze) has congratulated the wife of the state governor, Chief Mrs Uzoamka Nwifuru on her award as the best performing first lady in Nigeria.
Mrs Usulor in her congratulatory message to the governor's wife which she made available to journalists in Abakaliki, described her as a Black Diamond, who made Ebonyi citizens proud in all ramifications.
