The chairman of the Ebonyi State House of Assembly Service Commission, Rt. Hon. Francis Elem has implored the staff of the House of Assembly to be more dedicated to duty to commiserate with the goodness of the present administration to the workers.
Speaking to the workers before the take-off of a written test on promotion, the Chairman said that the ongoing rehabilitation of the water borehole and the commission secretariat repair was part of the good packages to the workers and in return, the workers have to be more committed to their duties.
Rt. Hon. Francis Elem assured that the commission will ensure that all the benefits of the people’s chatter of needs of the state government are stepped down at the House of Assembly.
He reminded the workers that the promotion of staff is based on written examination, oral interview and punctuality to duty and added that the commission has taken cognizance of the attendance of each worker and that the written examination which was about to take place is the second step towards the promotion of the staff.
The commission Chairman commended the Governor of Ebonyi State Rt.Hon.Bldr Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru for the pragmatic way of administration adding that his people’s chatter of needs mantra has put smiles on the faces of the people, most especially the Ebonyi State House of Assembly Service Commission.
He equally thanked the speaker of the State House of Assembly Rt. Hon.Chief Moses Ije Odunwa for providing an enabling environment for the commission to carry out its functions and duties.
