Earlier in his remarks, the Chairman of the Ebonyi State Independent Electoral Commission, EBSIEC, Barrister Josy Eze said the office of the local government chairman is so vital and much valued more than other positions in Nigeria because they are the leaders overseeing the affairs of the grassroots dwellers.
