The Special Assistant to the Ebonyi State Governor on Inter Party Affairs, Comrade Sunday Nwambam has saluted the first lady of the state, Chief Mrs Mary-Maudline Uzoamka Ogbonna Nwifuru as she celebrated her birthday anniversary today.
She noted that the Wife of the governor is not only celebrating the number of years she has lived on earth but her impactful lifestyle in Ebonyi State, citing her pet foundation, BERWO has given succor to Ebonyi women, the youths, the aged, and vulnerable people.
He commended her supportive roles to her husband's administration, which according to him, made people adjudge him to be the most performing Governor in Nigeria.
The Special Assistant on Inter-Party Affairs described Governor Nwifuru's wife as an award-winning first lady in Ebonyi State; expressed joy over her birthday anniversary, and commended the transformative impacts of her pet foundation, the Better Health for Rural Women, Children, and Internally Displaced Persons, (BERWO).
He said, "The governor's wife has brought hope to the hopeless, succor to the needy, and justice to the oppressed in the state and beyond through her pet foundation, BERWO."
Nwambam added: "Her supportive roles in her husband's administration as the governor of Ebonyi State, has largely manifested itself through the dividends of democracy in the state."
He added that the First Lady has demonstrated uncommon love for the less privileged by her commitment to restoring social order and norms to give voice to the voiceless.
He recalled that the state governor's wife winning the "Best Performing First Lady" in Nigeria from the African Iconic Women Recognition Awards (AIWRA) was an attestation to the fact she was well prepared by God to work towards defending the human nation.
Nwambam, thus, prayed that the First Lady would celebrate many fruitful years, wishing her God's abundant grace and wisdom while working for the benefit of humanity.
