The Special Assistant to Ebonyi State Governor on Inter Party Affairs, Comrade Sunday Nwambam on Wednesday commended his principal's unwavering determination to transform Ebonyi State.
Nwambam in his new year message to Ebonyi people, said, for the governor, Chief Francis Nwifuru to have declared that a year 2025 will be marked by unprecedented development, growth and massive transformation of all parts of the state," entailed his preparedness to place the state in a global map in terms of exemplary leadership.
He called for a sober reflection on the way forward for a greater Ebonyi under the administration of Governor Nwifuru, urging the citizens of the state to continue to support him to deliver his leadership agenda anchored on the People's Charter of Needs successfully.
He said: "The unhiding truth is His Excellency, the governor is well prepared to transform Ebonyi State, for him in his new year message to have declared that, his administration will prioritize policies and programmes that will promote inclusive development and foster economic opportunities for the benefit of the people, means he is determined to place Ebonyi in the global map in terms of excellent leadership," he said.
Nwambam appealed to the Ebonyi people especially the political actors to work collectively towards the progress and unity in the state in this new year.
Governor Nwifuru's aide also advised the Ebonyi people to adopt positive virtues in all their activities, by not underplaying spirit of probity, love, creativity and innovation in the year 2025.
He recalled that the 2024 was characterized by economic hardship and other challenges but expressed optimism that the 2025 would usher in a total change for greater Ebonyi and Nigeria at large.
