The member representing Ebonyi North West Constituency in Ebonyi State House of Assembly and Chairman House Committee on Education, Barrister Aloysius Nwodo has celebrated Christmas and New Year with his kinsmen, party executive members, selected persons across the six political wards and various women groups within the area of his jurisdiction.
The event which took place at his country home Izenyi Ogbala Ishieke in Ebonyi LGA was attended by large number of elders, women groups, youths, children and party faithfuls.
Nwodo used the event to appreciate God for life, eulogized Governor Francis Nwifuru's giant strides in infrastructure and human empowerment as well as thanking his constituents for keeping faith with him. He further enjoined them to keep on supporting the administration of Governor Nwifuru in Ebonyi State.
Reacting, a stakeholder in the Constituency, Mr Samuel Mgbonshi applauded Nwodo's effective representation and charged him to keep on doing good as the testaments of his goodwill are very glaring in various parts of the state.
Highlights of the event were presentation of a sizeable cow to the people, donation of undisclosed amount of money to some selected persons across wards and heavy entertainment.
